The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a modern cineplex, shops, and supermarkets in Kathmandu. The rooms offer a good choice of well-cooked food at reception but are smoking rooms which can feel dirty. Some services like car hire and housekeeping were lacking, and the staff's behavior was rude and disrespectful. The dining experience was delicious and varied each day, with lovely natural light, but some additional charges apply for in-room dining. The large lobby area is perfect for small meetings or events.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms that had an additional covered balcony offering views of greenery where I enjoyed my morning tea. However, for the guys, this might not be the best choice of stay, and I personally don't see myself returning to this hotel.
